The Eagles had a slow start to the game and the Tigers led for most of the first half, but the Eagles were able to scratch their way back and take a two-point lead into halftime. Williams then outscored the tigers 48-31 in the second half to defeat the Tigers by 21.
Shackeel Butters notched his fifth double-double of the season with 14 pts and 10 rebounds.
Cortez King led the Eagles with 19 pts, while Rajhon McIntosh and Jaymes Jackson came off the bench and contributed 15 pts and 11 pts respectively.
