Bio

Erik Cooley was hired as the fourth head wrestling coach for Williams Baptist in May of 2024.
As a wrestler, Cooley was part of WBU’s 2017 AMC Conference Championship team, placing fourth in the AMC Tournament as a sophomore.

Prior to joining Williams, Cooley served as the General Manager at D-1 Training, where he oversaw the coordination, implementation, and administrative aspects of the facility.  

He also served as an assistant coach at Sickles High School in Tampa, Fla.

Cooley graduated from WBU with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration in 2019.
