COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Williams Baptist softball team shutout the Stephens Stars in both games of the doubleheader on Friday. They won the first game 4-0 and game two 1-0.

Game One

The Eagles held the Stars to four hits, while collecting 10 for themselves. They scored three runs in the third inning off Megan Weis (FR/Republic, Mo.)' RBI single to left and Alyssa Cordell (SO/Bentonville, Ark.)'s 2 RBI double to left. They added on one run in the fourth with Chasity Gandy (SR/Greenbrier, Ark.)'s homerun over the left field fence.

Cordell went 3-4 with 2 RBIs to lead the team.
