WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. - A goal with three seconds left in the game by Blue Mountain forced the Lady Eagles to settle for a 1-1 draw with the Toppers on Saturday afternoon.
Williams scored early in the game when Thaina Cavalcante neatly slotted home a pass from Livvie Campbell in the 12th minute. From then they battled with the Toppers and were looking to close out the game when the Toppers were able to find the equalizer in the dying moments of the game.
Paige Strode played the full game in the goal for the Lady Eagles and finished with five saves.
