Campbell Named AMC Offensive Player of the Week

Williams Baptist University junior Livvie Campbell has been named the American Midwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week after her performance last week for the Eagles.

Campbell scored four goals and added an assist in three games for the Eagles last week as they wrapped up non-conference play and started AMC play with a tie against Stephens. She began the week with a goal against Lyon on Sept. 19 and followed up two days later by scoring two times and adding an assist against Freed-Hardeman on Sept. 21.

She concluded the week by scoring a goal against Stephens College on Sept. 23 to open up conference play. Campbell ranks third in the AMC with five total goals on the year and ranks second with an average of 3.67 shots per game. 

WBU returns to the pitch Saturday, Sept. 30 for a home matchup against Harris-Stowe. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m.
