WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. (9/24/24) – The Williams Baptist University women's soccer team fell on the road to Freed-Hardeman by the final score of 4-0 on Tuesday night to round out the team's non-conference schedule. The Lions struck for the match's first score in the 15th minute to send WBU into the locker room down a score at halftime. Freed-Hardeman scored three more times in the second half to extend the advantage. Gracielee Edwards grabbed seven saves between the posts in 90 minutes for the Eagles. WBU kicks off the conference slate on Saturday, Sept. 28 in Columbia, Mo. against Stephens. Kick-off is set for 1 p.m.
