Lady Eagles to Face Stephens in AMC Tournament Quarterfinals

WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. (11/11/24) – The Williams Baptist University volleyball team will pay a visit to Stephens College to take on the Stars in the quarterfinal round of the American Midwest Conference Volleyball Tournament, the league announced Saturday.

The Eagles will be the No. 6 seed and will travel to Columbia, Mo. to take on the No. 3 seed Stars on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m.

Williams is making its first trip to the conference tournament since the 2020 season, when the Eagles took down Stephens in the quarterfinals of the AMC Tournament.

Should the Eagles win the matchup, the team will move on to the semifinals to face the winner of No. 7 Crowley's Ridge and No. 2 Columbia on Friday, Nov. 15.  The semifinal and final rounds of the tournament will be held in St. Louis, Mo. on the campus of Missouri Baptist University.
