Freelance Content Creation Credential Request

All freelance content creators, not involved with traditional news media or WBU athletics directly, must request credentials for sideline access to WBU athletic events.  All requests will be considered on an individual basis and are not guarunteed to to be approved.

All credential requests must go through the Sports Information office.

All requests must be made 48 hours prior to the contest you wish to attend.

Once notified of approval, credentials may be picked up at the ticket booth on the day of the contest.

Interviews

Any interview requests with Williams coaches or student-athletes must be made through the Sports Information office.  Please provide at least 24 hours notice for all requests to enable proper coordination.

Media should not enter the locker room or approach players/coaches immediately following the completion of a game.  Please contact the Sports Information Director for postgame access to players or coaches.
